Welcome to the Country Club District
One of Kansas City’s most beautiful neighborhoods, the Country Club District boasts fountains, island green spaces, and artful urns that surround gorgeous homes. The district is comprised of houses on the south side of 57th Street to the north side of 65th Street, nestled between Ward Parkway, Summit and Valley Roads.

Annual 4th of July Parade
Since 1981 our neighborhood has held an annual Independence Day Parade to kick off the holiday! In the morning families are welcome to decorate bikes, scooters, strollers and carts to join the festivities. A lively marching band makes our parade special while neighbors share food, drink and fellowship.
Annual Summer Social
It’s like a block party but bigger! Every August the Country Club District Housing Association plans a social to bring neighbors together for food, drink and fun at Rooster Island located on Belleview and Huntington.
